Policies and Procedures

Appointments

Our providers work hard to ensure that our clients visit exceeds their expectations.  To help us allocates time for all of our clients, a credit card is required to guarantee appointments. All spa experiences are subject to availability. Services and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Credit cards are required to reserve all appointments, including those using gift cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Cancelations and Rescheduling

As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your appointment prior to your arrival. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule, a 24-hour advance notice is required.  Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule reservations is subject to charges up to full-service value. All no-show reservations will be assessed a charge at full value of services. Spa Parties are subject to terms of agreement for cancellations.

Payments and Gift Cards

Payments are accepted in the form of Cash, most Major Credit Cards and Delonix Spa and Boutique Gift Cards. A gift card contains value which may be used to purchase products and services at face value. This card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. The card must be presented at time of purchase and the available balance will be applied to the transaction. Redemption of this card is subject to certain restrictions and expirations. This card is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Any unused balance will remain on the card. This card is not transferable and Delonix Spa and Boutique is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of the card. No express or implied warranties apply. Series of services are not refundable, but can be converted to spa credit. 

Gratuity

Gratuities are not included in the value of the services and are at the discretion of the guest.


 

Appointment Times

We ask that all clients arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will also allow for new clients to complete a client profile and other pertinent information forms.  In consideration of other clients and providers, service times will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. Please notify our staff if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions they need to consider prior to your services (i.e., pregnancy, food or product sensitivities, or aggressive medications). 

Age Requirements and Guests

For all spa services, clients must be at least 14 years of age. All clients under 18 years of age must get a parental release before the services can be rendered and 14-16 must be accompanied by a parent during the rendered service. So that all clients may experience a pleasant and peaceful environment, we ask that only those receiving services accompany you to the Spa.

Products and Returns

Most of our products are personal in nature and should not be returned for health and hygiene reasons. However, in the event you are not satisfied with a product, management may provide you with a spa credit or refund back to the original form of payment, if the product is returned within 30 days of purchase.
